6% Metaldehyde granule is a new pesticide with special effect on mollusk pests such as snails and slugs. It has strong attraction and killing effect. It is safe for crops, simple to use and free from environmental pollution. It can be widely used for the control of snails and slugs in field crops.

Usage Method：

Spread snail poison over the fields

Using Specification:

1) Safety interval:7days, using 2 times at most every season;
2) At the medium-term growth of cabbage and the beginning-term of snail appearing, mix the snail bait carefully with silver sand
and spread them evenly in the cabbage fields.
3)Do not trample in the cabbage field where the snail poison bait
is placed so that the killing effect is not influenced。
4)Do not apply the snail bait in strong-wind day or in a time when it is going to rain in one hour.

Insecticidal principle

It mainly makes the snail or slug release a large amount of acetylcholinesterase, and destroys the special mucus in the snail or slug. Finally the snail or slug dies from nerve paralysis.
